Venison and wine - a match made in heaven


Venison from the Toggenburg region meets wine from southwest France.

9 wines from the central growing regions Château Rhodes, Les Petits Jardins, Domaine du Price, Domaine Berthoumieu, Clos Trinquedina - Jean-Luc Baldès represent the new self-image of viticulture in France with their independent character. We also combine venison dishes that showcase the diversity of local venison species and are thematically matched to the wines. If the combination of “ venison & wine” elicits a “whoop” from you at the end, then we'll be whooping too!

Brunch buffet from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Enjoy a rich selection of regional breads, dairy products, egg specialities and fruit drinks. From 10.00 am we complement the buffet with warm dishes such as roasts, vegetables, traditional "rösti" hash browns, etc. and round off the experience with sweet temptations.
